6] Customs and Import Regulations

Vendor’s “Sellers” will be required to fulfil the requirements of such documents, or at their discursion, cancel the transaction and refund payment. AUCTIONS-ECOM or its vendor’s “sellers” will provide their standard shipping failing receipt of any such documents, regulations, or specific instructions from the buyer. If items are confiscated for lack of such documents, the buyer assumes all responsibility. Any customs fees or taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.

7] Perishable Items

Items of a perishable nature sent through the mail are subject to carrier services and transit times, beyond the control of Vendor’s or “Seller’s”. Hence, buyers should be aware of this and cannot hold the Vendor or “Seller” responsible.

8] Applicable law

By visiting this website, you agree that the laws of French Polynesia without regard to principles of conflict laws, will govern these terms and conditions, or any dispute of any sort that might come between AUCTIONS-ECOM and you, or its business partners and associates.

9] Disputes

Any dispute related in any way to your visit to this website or to products you purchase from us shall be arbitrated by state or federal court in French Polynesia and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue of such courts. However, your transactions are assured by PayPal to the extent that our terms and conditions take precedence, where there may be conflicting issues.
