Vendors Setup

You can start selling in 15 minutes by following the below easy steps

www.auctions-ecom.com is a unique selling platform.  It is super simple as your selling website is already created for you to start selling within minutes.  All you need to do is follow the below simple steps.

1] Register as a vendor ‘seller’. Note you will be asked for a website URL. You can create one of your own, as long as it is not an existing website. Alternatively, one is proposed below that box [copy and paste]. The URL used will become your website address.  It is that simple.  You do have the option of placing a banner to individualize your website.

2] Choose and pay for a subscription, see below. These represent perhaps the very lowest selling costs in the industry.  This again simplifies everything as there are no set up fees, no final value fees or hidden charges.  You know exactly what your selling costs are, with the exception of what the payment portal might charge.

3] Start Selling: Sign In using the login and password you registered with. This will take you to your website. Check the vendor dashboard, which will show you various options. Note: if you have not already purchased a subscription, a notice will appear asking you to update your subscription package.

4] THREE TYPES OF SELLING all are done from the menu on the left side of the vendor dashboard, which shows up when you login. 

A] AUCTION ONLY: Fill out all the pertinent information, being sure to set the photo of the item being offered and the start and close times and publish.  You will either get a “success” or “check missing box” and when successful, your item will show up in the “Shop Now” on the landing page as an auction.

B] AUCTION WITH BUY NOW:  set up the auction as above and put an amount  in “Buy Now”. This will show as an auction with a “Buy Now” option in “Shop Now” on the landing page.

C]  FIXED PRICE:  For an individual product, just click on ‘Simple Product’ It is pretty self explanatory. Select a category.  If there is no category fitting your product, create your own category.

Subscriptions: Note, Click on the subscription of you choice to pay for your subscription. Items that don’t sell have unlimited free relisting.

By month subscriptions –  for vendors that sells regularly:

Subscription 1 = 1 month $55.00 for unlimited auction or product listings.

Subscription 2 = 3 months $100.00 = $33.33 / month, for unlimited auction or product listings.

Subscription 3 = 6 months $150.00 = $25 / month for unlimited auction or product listings.

Subscription 4, 1 year $180.00 = $15.00 / month for unlimited auction or product listings.

Per Item or items subscription – for occasional sellers. [currently under construction]

Subscription 5, 10% for any single product selling under $500.00

Subscription 6, 5% for any single product selling for $500.00 or more.

Payment

After you have set up your vendor page, and try to start selling, you will receive a notice, to first update your subscription package. You can pay for it there. Payment will be sent admin@auctions-ecom.com.

NOTE – Vendors that do not pay their subscription, will be blocked until they have paid for a subscription
